Nine patch pillow
What do you think of my new pillow?? Well, it isn't really mine. My mom wanted a pillow to match her new quilt. Why turn down a fun new project?? This block is called a disappearing nine patch. I got the idea over at Sew Mama Sew's Quilt Month. This a variation of a nine patch, and even though it looks complex, it is really simple. It was fun to make and I now plan on making a whole quilt in this pattern. If you click on the picture it will send you over to flickr where you can see the back. (it's cute too!!)

it's so pretty! you make me wish i could sew. of course, i also wish i could play the guitar, run, dance, draw...i have a lot on my list, i guess.
